- Oversee the proposal development process from start to finish, in collaboration with AI tools
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proposals are clear, persuasive, and error-free

Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably with agency experience
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and an eye for design and layout
- Experience with proposal writing, business development, or client communications is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with PR strategies, campaign case studies, and industry terminology
- Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative
