Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their Customer Lifecycle team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Braze platform, including programs, campaigns, and data integrations
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to understand and implement custom data integrations
- Design and deliver personalized omni-channel marketing campaigns in alignment with the Lifecycle marketing team
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing automation or customer lifecycle roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Expertise in the Braze platform and experience with various campaign tools and techniques
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in marketing program management
- Experience managing or working with a marketing automation agency
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
