Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner of the marketing automation platform
- Design, build, and deploy automated campaigns and workflows across all platforms

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience, preferably in B2B environments
- Proven expertise with at least one major platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua)
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations, lead scoring, and data management
- Analytical mindset with a record of using data to optimize campaigns
- Proactive problem-solver capable of designing scalable solutions
