A company is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist who excels in creating automated systems for marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage inbound/outbound workflows across HubSpot and other tools
- Connect inbound form data with internal platforms to drive real-time insights and routing
- Set up and maintain end-to-end automation for lead generation, nurturing, and qualification
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing automation, sales ops, or similar roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly in workflows, automation, and CRM structure
- Experience building automations or integrations using tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, and data's role in lead nurturing and conversion
