Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of webinars, including promotional plans and engagement optimization
- Collaborate with Sales and ADR teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities
- Regionalize global campaigns for Spanish-speaking audiences, adapting content and strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in tech or SaaS
- Proven success in managing webinars and digital campaigns for pipeline creation
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong writing skills
- Familiarity with Marketo, 6sense, Salesforce, Goldcast, and campaign reporting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
