Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Marketing Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable processes within the marketing and sales stack
• Translate marketing objectives into actionable programs for inbound and outbound contact center sales operations
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and create regular internal and partner-facing reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using marketing and sales technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
• Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex cross-functional projects
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data management platforms preferred
