Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Program Manager to manage various marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through data-driven strategies focused on customer acquisition, activation, and retention
- Produce customer nurture programs that generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base
- Manage the research, planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with target audiences and business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of program management or related experience in an agency or B2B technology company
- Minimum of 5 years of acquisition planning and go-to-market experience
- Excellent analytical skills that drive insights and performance marketing
- Familiarity with agile marketing and running in two-week sprints
- Experience with HubSpot and familiarity with AI tools for creating program calendars is a plus
