A company is looking for a Manager of Marketing Research & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of primary research initiatives, including surveys and brand health tracking
- Own the Voice-of-Customer program, managing survey revisions and KPI tracking
- Develop and communicate insights to senior stakeholders through compelling narratives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of experience in marketing research or consumer insights, preferably in hospitality or gaming
- Hands-on experience with customer feedback platforms like Medallia or Qualtrics
- Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as cluster analysis and regression
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to qualify for necessary licenses and permits
