MedPay/PIP Claims Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MedPay/PIP Claims Associate to investigate and adjust automobile accident claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages
• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation representatives to achieve optimal outcomes
• Utilize knowledge of insurance policies and handle investigations with discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in claims or a related field (preferred)
• Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry practices
• Ability to work remotely within the EST or CST time zone, with availability from 8am to 5pm EST
• Experience with customer service and identifying customer needs
• No supervisory responsibilities required for this position
