Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II (Per Diem) for the 988 Lifeline Services - Call Center Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Model good communication, recovery-oriented living skills, and coping strategies for clients
- Respond to service requests via calls, chats, and texts promptly
- Document assessments and interventions in a timely manner according to established policies
Required Qualifications
- Four years of full-time paid experience in a relevant mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Knowledge of resources and programs relevant to the Center and Unit
- Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate dispositions
- Experience in crisis intervention situations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and referral sources
