Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from customers in German via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, warranty services, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with bookings, repairs, and service appointments.
- Document all interactions with clients accurately, maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide relevant information.
- Gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving service delivery.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector, is highly desirable.
