Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms to drive customer growth and sales
- Collaborate with the creative team to launch and improve various ad formats
- Track and optimize campaign performance daily using relevant KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven success in meeting ROAS goals and performance targets in DTC marketing
- Strong skills with Meta Ads Manager and campaign tracking tools
- Knowledge of customer funnels and optimization for higher conversions
