A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Care Coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train the Regional Care Coordinator team to ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards
- Act as the subject matter expert for Regional Care, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Monitor daily tasks, drive member satisfaction, and report on performance metrics to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Contact center and Dispatch experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
