Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Regional Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the Regional Care Coordinator team to ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards
• Act as the subject matter expert for Regional Care, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor daily tasks, drive member satisfaction, and report on performance metrics to leadership

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations role, preferably in a leadership capacity
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Contact center and Dispatch experience required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
