Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Servicing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance for loan portfolios, ensuring timely payments, insurance coverage, and property tax payments
• Collaborate with correspondents to ensure servicing compliance and address borrower, management, and investor inquiries
• Perform analysis of transfer, assumption, and modification requests, and support loan file documentation

Required Qualifications and Education

• Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic office environment or equivalent education/experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial documents
• 1+ years of experience in commercial mortgage loan servicing or related fields is preferred
• Experience with mortgage loan servicing systems and financial software is preferred
