Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications
• Work with internal departments and external organizations to obtain necessary documentation for loan processing
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and other documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Good PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Ability to function independently within time constraints
