National Non-QM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Non-QM Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Non-Qualified Mortgage (Non-QM) products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and investor guidelines
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Non-QM loan programs and provide training to the underwriting team
• Monitor changes in regulations affecting underwriting compliance and recommend policy updates as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in the mortgage industry, with five years in underwriting Non-QM products
• Strong understanding of mortgage regulations and investor guidelines for non-agency loans
• Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Expertise in analyzing diverse income streams, such as cash flow from self-employed individuals and business income
• Ability to adapt to new ideas and evolving industry trends
