A company is looking for a Network Monitoring Technician 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the Global NG Enterprise infrastructure and services, engaging in the incident management process
- Coordinate the resolution of IT-related outages and issues with internal and external support teams
- Manage major incidents by notifying affected customers and tracking the resolution progress
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree in a related discipline
- Knowledge of network infrastructure topologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to establish and manage bridge calls for incidents and outages
- Must be flexible and available for on-call support across various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
