Network Security Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Team Lead to oversee and enhance network security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of network security solutions
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 7+ years of network security experience
• Certifications: CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional - Security) or CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert - Security)
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS)
• Ability to lead a security team and mentor junior staff
