Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Adjuster I, II or Sr.

Key Responsibilities

• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process
• Summarizes documents and enters notes into the claim system
• Manages, researches, and resolves complex customer communications and issues
• Researches and responds to Department of Insurance complaints or investigations
• Negotiates and settles claims

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in attorney-represented bodily injury claims
• Experience managing claims with values up to $100k
• Ability to handle complex and occasionally highly complex claims
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in negotiating claims
