Key Responsibilities

• Gather and verify demographic, insurance, and financial information for patient registration
• Coordinate primary care provider approvals for managed care patients in various specialty clinics
• Serve as a Patient Access Representative in medicine clinics as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role within a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and interpretation
