Senior BPO Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of member enrollment records and remittance files
• Provide support for the eligibility load process and coordinate issue resolution
• Generate internal reports and maintain quality and production standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts from Sunday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm EST
• Experience working in a team environment
• Good logical thinking ability
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to interact with clients preferred
