Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Models good communication, recovery-oriented living skills, and coping strategies for clients
• Accepts service requests and responds to calls, chats, and texts promptly
• Documents assessments and interactions with clients in accordance with established policies

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to perform assessments and make appropriate referrals
• Knowledge of resources and programs relevant to client support
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling time-sensitive requests
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and referral sources
