New York Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with enterprise customers to understand workflows and translate needs into scalable solutions
• Design and implement customer-facing features using the existing tech stack
• Guide customers through technical integrations and ensure solutions are robust and secure

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI or similar) and React / React Native
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and strong database knowledge (SQL & NoSQL)
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-grade integrations and backend systems
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features with LLMs is a plus
