Senior Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Observability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, manage, and improve monitoring solutions using Prometheus for high availability and accurate alerting
• Develop observability strategies to enhance Cloud monitoring posture
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate observability into the CI/CD pipeline and respond to incidents with thorough analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration, preferably Gardener Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python, Terraform, and Ansible
