Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupancy Planner to support space management and occupancy planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients and occupancy managers to ensure successful delivery of workflows and projects
• Manage and maintain accurate space-related data repositories and conduct monthly reviews
• Prepare strategic occupancy plans and report on key occupancy metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Workplace Strategy, Research, or a related field required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis
• Familiarity with architectural drawings and space planning concepts
• Strong partnership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment
• Positive consideration for candidates with Change Management or Workplace Strategy experience
