- Facilitating initial workflow and communication with customers for new account setups
- Managing processes from start to completion and collaborating on product optimization and service health
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn Microsoft cloud services and portals
- Prior technical experience with online portals
- Capability to understand DNS, email routing, software deployment, and data migration
