Job Summary
A company is looking for an Office Specialist 1 to provide assistance and support for training events related to the Integrated Pest Management Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office support including preparing training materials and managing logistics for training events
- Maintain and update the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System and track training registrations
- Handle bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments and managing invoices related to training events
Required Qualifications
- Completion of courses or training in Office Technology; OR one year of general clerical experience; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team
- Experience in planning and organizing events
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word or comparable software programs
