Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist (P&C).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and help retain policyholders at risk of cancellation
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely
- Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
- Experience in customer service or support roles
- Familiarity with insurance policies and coverages is a plus
- Availability to work specified schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30am - 9pm ET)
