Key Responsibilities

- Identify member needs and determine appropriate case management services
- Accurately input call details and assessment data into the system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience in care management support or a similar role
- TruCare experience required
- Avaya experience required
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
