Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Dosimetrist to oversee dosimetry team operations in the Department of Radiation Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, perform, and delegate patient-specific medical dosimetry tasks
• Supervise and credential dosimetrists, ensuring adherence to departmental policies
• Collaborate with departmental leadership on process improvement and integration of innovations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist
• Graduate of a formal dosimetry program or relevant degree with dosimetry experience
• Preferred previous supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of patient setup, simulation, contouring, and treatment planning concepts
