Onboarding Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Engineer to join their Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure client infrastructure for monitoring, including network, server, and storage components
• Create technical documentation for clients
• Communicate the status of onboarding project tasks and ensure infrastructure stability and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting Windows/Linux in an enterprise environment
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificates
• College degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field
• Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus
• Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Elastic, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds
