Job Summary
A company is looking for an Ops Management Analyst to provide day-to-day operations and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate budget preparation and review monthly budget reports for expense control
- Troubleshoot inquiries from clients and track department processes for service improvement
- Compile operating, financial, and statistical reports, and assist in developing project plans and costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
- Experience analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
