Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Consulting, Strategy, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment centers, or warehousing is a plus
