Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and critical paths
• Lead governance ceremonies, manage RAID, and report on KPIs and status to executives
• Orchestrate integrations with trading partners and third-party systems, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Proven experience in delivering integrations between ERP/HCM and trading partners/legacy applications
• Strong understanding of ERP/HCM project mechanics, including data conversion and change control
• Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC/ETL, and REST/SOAP
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
