Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support for Core HR, Payroll, and OTL (time cards)
• Support hire-to-retire processes and resolve user issues/tickets
• Run payroll cycles and reconcile payroll and time cards end-to-end

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience in Core HR, Payroll, and OTL
• Demonstrated experience running payroll and reconciling payroll/time cards
• Strong skills with balance adjustments and Fast Formulas
• Proven support of year-end payroll activities
• Excellent user support and issue-resolution skills in a production environment
