Oregon Licensed Oracle Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide user support, developing plans for problem resolution
• Analyze requirements and design solutions for system enhancements and fixes, managing projects related to Kronos and HRMS
• Ensure quality assurance standards are applied throughout the software development lifecycle, assisting in testing and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field with four years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree with six years; or an Associate's degree with seven years; or eight years of relevant experience
• Experience as a Human Resources business analyst with Oracle and Kronos in an academic medical center or similar organization
• Experience providing quality assurance and testing support in a software development environment
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle and Kronos applications
• Knowledge of software development life cycle and production environment support procedures in an Oracle applications environment
