Information Systems Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Systems Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government groups and contractor partners to develop secure system solutions
• Investigate new techniques and customize network designs to balance security and mission needs
• Assist in the development and maintenance of security policies and evaluate assessment documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in selecting, implementing, or validating security controls in an enterprise environment
• Experience as an Information Systems Security Officer, Engineer, or Manager
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity in lieu of a degree
• Secret clearance is required
• DoD Directive 8570.01-M for Information Assurance Technical Level 2 Certification
