System Administrator II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Administrator II to support and maintain its cloud-based IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support cloud-based environments including Microsoft 365, AWS, and Google Workspace
• Write and maintain scripts for automation and improve system reliability
• Assist in ISO 27001 compliance efforts and maintain IT documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or sysadmin role
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, and device management
• Comfortable with scripting in PowerShell or Bash
• Experience with RMM tools like NinjaRMM
• Hands-on experience with Jira project setup and administration
