Key Responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities and create strategies for adoption
- Craft and deliver project communications for a diverse range of stakeholders
- Facilitate and lead a cross-functional Stakeholder Advisory Forum to gather support and address concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
- 10 years of experience in communication within OCM
- 5 years of project management experience
- 10 years of experience in training program design and end-user readiness assessment
- 10 years of experience managing resistance and driving adoption in complex environments
