Organizational Change Management Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management and Communications Leader for a long-term remote contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities and create strategies for adoption
• Craft and deliver project communications for a diverse range of stakeholders
• Facilitate and lead a cross-functional Stakeholder Advisory Forum to gather support and address concerns

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• 10 years of experience in communication within OCM
• 5 years of project management experience
• 10 years of experience in training program design and end-user readiness assessment
• 10 years of experience managing resistance and driving adoption in complex environments
