Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel performance marketing strategy focused on acquisition and lead conversion
- Lead paid media campaigns across digital channels with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Analyze performance data to drive insights and improve targeting, messaging, and budget allocation
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of SEM experience in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media strategy and performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel paid marketing budgets and optimize spend
- Strong understanding of digital attribution and conversion rate optimization
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to test performance-driven creatives
