Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of paid search and social media campaigns, including strategy development, execution, reporting, and optimization

- Analyze performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities that improve performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in paid search and paid social, preferably in an agency, gaming, or tech-focused environment
- Proven success managing complex, high-spend campaigns across multiple platforms
- Deep understanding of media performance metrics and funnel-based marketing
- Strong command of tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team in fast-paced environments
