Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSA Parts Transformation & IPMT Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Parts Integrated Program/Project Management Team (IPMT) across various functions to ensure effective parts performance
• Head the Parts Transformation PMO, overseeing governance and execution of key initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale programs
• Master's degree preferred
• Experience in aftermarket parts, distribution, or supply chain in industrial/HVAC
• Demonstrated leadership in IPMT/IPT with measurable results
