Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Associate, Nights.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Call Center agent for Patient Access Registration
• Perform registration activities to ensure patient accounts are complete with valid insurance and demographic data
• Calculate patient financial responsibility and process payments

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical role, or related clerical/finance/retail
• Three years of healthcare revenue cycle/call center experience preferred
• Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
• Prior Epic experience preferred
