Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payer Account Manager to support Payer Partners and provide administrative support through account analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and build positive relationships with Payer Partners
- Conduct regular account management calls to ensure service levels are met and escalate issues as needed
- Review monthly reporting for Payer Partners to analyze trends, growth, and retention analytics
Required Qualifications
- Some college preferred
- Industry clearing-house, medical and/or dental experience preferred
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions
