Bilingual Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Bilingual (Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and actualize brand GMV opportunities to build effective contract models for fulfillment services
• Manage day-to-day account health, including delivery rates, inventory management, and sales performance
• Establish strong relationships with brand leaders and manage ongoing communication regarding projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
• Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking brands
• 5-6 years of experience in project or account management, specifically with 3PL clients
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate with various client levels
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
