A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Clinical Account Management -PBM Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and oversees execution of departmental strategic initiatives to support organizational goals
• Directs, manages, and develops departmental staff through training opportunities focused on clinical and professional skills
• Maintains knowledge of industry trends and represents the company at industry events to enhance market visibility

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• 15+ years of PBM or health plan experience
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing and management role preferred
• 5+ years of leading and developing teams required
