A company is looking for an Account Manager, Social Media to manage social media programs and campaigns for technology brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and demonstrate business impact
- Collaborate with integrated PR and digital teams to drive social media inclusion in client programs
- Manage account teams to ensure quality delivery of client work and maintain project timelines and budgets
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of client-facing digital experience, preferably in social media and at least one year in an agency setting
- Deep knowledge of social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience with B2B technology, security, and digital health brands is a plus
- Management experience of program strategy and direct reports
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring team members
