Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Manager - RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and respond to inquiries
• Engage in regular client interactions to ensure satisfaction and oversee client deliverables
• Monitor billing effectiveness and provide recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in physician revenue cycle management, including accounts receivable or coding
• Proficient knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures
• Experience with Practice Management and EMR systems related to client reporting
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships
• Solid understanding of the current regulatory environment in healthcare
