Network Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Network Contracting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support negotiations for network participation agreements with payer partners, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments
• Manage the full lifecycle of network participation agreements, including tracking deliverables and ensuring compliance
• Compile data and perform rate analyses to support senior contracting leadership and report on key contract metrics

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare with health plans or providers
• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred
• 6+ years in network contracting or development with health plans or providers is preferred
• Strong understanding of the health plan contracting process
