- Drive revenue retention and growth through strategic account planning and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success
- 2+ years of people management experience in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Proven track record of retaining and expanding commercial client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.)
